how difficult is it to convert a program in C to Objective C?

If I had a program written for me in C, would it be very difficult for a coder to convert that program into Objective C?

  1. That would force the coder to think in a completely new way to solve the problem the original program was indented solve, so I guess we can say it’s quite difficult.
