ASP.NET Tutorial – GridView and FormView – Part2

    If you allow Delete/update in your sqlDataSource (when you create your select statement) yes, it will update the records in the database

    cool video. However this didn’t work for me. Al the techniques are based on the Visual Studio GUI functions. In the application i’m writing, I don’t use sqldatasource. Al the data under the form of DataSets/DataTables is obtained from an abstraction layer that handles database connections.
